EnterpriseWorks was founded in1989 as Project BO$$ to provide small business services in the Columbus Ohio area. A steady growth and presence in the marketplace led to the name change in 1998. Today EnterpriseWorks is nationally recognized and offers services throughout Ohio, establishing a presence in all major metropolitan cities and many rural areas. Target markets include people with disabilities, under-served populations, inner city youth, and minority populations.

EnterpriseWorks provides business tools, resources, and counseling for small business and micro-enterprise. We specialize in self-employment and micro-enterprise opportunities for people with disabilities and the exploration of career options with youth.

Throughout its history, EnterpriseWorks has specialized in the business of helping people with disabilities establish and grow their own businesses. This work has kept EnterpriseWorks strongly tied with both the business world and the nonprofit community. As the services of EnterpriseWorks have expanded to include work with youth, our mission has expanded as well. As a center for business planning and business tools that serve people with disabilities and youth, EnterpriseWorks is uniquely positioned to expand our offerings to small business owners/entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations looking for social enterprise opportunities. EnterpriseWorks has therefore reorganized into three divisions.
