  • Initial Meeting - An information gathering session that determines if the consumer is an appropriate candidate for self-employment.
  • Initial Small Business Meeting and Early Intervention - Intense discussion and planning with the small business owner seeking information and needing assistance to strengthen his/her business.
  • Technical Assistance - Individualized, intense work sessions geared to review progress, train in technical business areas, identify the next steps toward business start up and establish a time line to achieve business goals.
  • Primary Market Research - Research completed by the EW Coordinator validates the viability of the consumer's business idea prior to writing a formal business plan.
  • Independent Contractor Business Plan Preparation
  • Business Plan Preparation - The business plan is prepared by the EW Coordinator with the consumer actively contributing to the plan.  This service is intended to assist consumers whose disability significantly delays or prevents him/her from completing the business plan.
